Bournemouth Photography – Chantal and Rory
You are lucky people – two posts in one week – i’m on fire! Special treat today – we have a stunning couples shoot that I wanted to share with you all!
I was so excited to meet up with the lovely Chantal and Rory last week who are getting married this coming saturday in beautiful Wimborne Minster! We took some pre-wedding photos to get them used to the camera and how I work – relaxed and fun. It’s always a good idea to scout round our venues and get a feel for them (Wimborne Minster is jaw dropping of course!) and great to have a chat with our couple to work out our plan of attack for the big day!
How photogenic is Chantal! I think you will agree she will be a gorgeous bride! And what an affectionate groom-to-be we have… SO looking forward to photographing Chantal and Rory’s winter wedding and can’t wait to show all of you the photo’s xx

Bournemouth Wedding Photography – Lorraine and Chris
We’ve been complete busy bee’s (bzzzz) but here it finally is!!
Our wonderful couple, Lorraine and Chris, chose a rather festive time to get married and we were blessed with Christmas lights and decorations all around the gorgeous venue of The Christchurch Harbour Hotel for their wedding at the end of December. I first met Lorraine and Chris through my videographer colleague Chris Chadwick or ‘Chad’ as we affectionately call him (www.neptunefilmproductions.co.uk – check him out he is amazeballs!) and Iloved the immediate ideas that the couple had with a more informal and comfortable feel to their day. Add in some cracking little details to make it their own, and a fab day was on the cards!
With one of the most beautiful smiles, Lorraine knocked Chris’s socks off when he first saw her coming down the aisle and with a few cheeky laughs during the exchange of rings (it’s always the boys) we had a lovely ceremony to get us going. I loved how ‘up for it’ Lorraine and Chris were with their photos, and I really think their pre-wedding shoot relaxed them into knowing that it really was going to be easy to get some great shots without being too posed. We had a great time hiding from the drizzle under the canopies at the hotel with the couple and an even better time getting those lovely candid shots of guests smiling and laughing between ceremony and wedding breakfast.
And to top it off what an awesome cake topper! Lorraine, Chris and Poppy the dog. We left the couple and their guests to the speeches and wedding breakfast with smiles and laughter all round, i’m sure these guys partied the night away and I personally had such a giggle with the happy couple that it really made it such a lovely day.
Thanks for believing in me when I said I hope you like quirky – I think its paid off and there are so many more great shots to share with you. Hope you love – Congratulations! x
